At Menufacture, we want you to be happy with your order. Here’s how our refund and returns work:
Printing Services
- Faulty or Incorrect Printing: If we made an error with your printed order, or the product is faulty, you’re entitled to a full refund under UK law (Consumer Rights Act 2015). You must let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we may offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
- Customer Mistakes: If there’s an issue due to your own mistake (e.g. incorrect file, spelling errors, wrong design), we cannot offer a refund. Double-check your details before placing an order.
Graphic Design Services
- Unhappy with the Design: If you’re not happy with the final design, you have 14 days to request a full refund, according to UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). We’ll assess your request based on whether the design meets the agreed brief.
Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so within 14 days of placing it, provided that the work has not been fully completed. Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), if your order is still in progress and hasn’t been completed, you may be entitled to a full refund. Once the design or printing process has started or been completed, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel, and we will do our best to assist you.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact Us: If you need a refund, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide proof of the issue (e.g., photos of faulty products or evidence that the design doesn’t match the brief).
- Refund Timeline: Once we agree a refund is due, we’ll process it within 14 days. You’ll receive the refund via the same method you used for payment.
